MAKE SURE YOU OBEY ALL OF THE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN YOU USE SOLVENTS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS.
Procedure
Do a detailed inspection of the locking pins as follows:
Clean the locking pins with a Clean cloth moistened with Drycleaning solvent.
Examine the locking pins for cracks, mechanical damage, and corrosion.
Shake the locking pins and make sure that there is not too much play.
If there is damage to the locking pins, repair or replace as necessary.
Do a general visual inspection of the seat tracks as follows:
Visually examine the seat tracks for cracks and mechanical damage. Look carefully at the locking pin hole.
Visually examine the seat tracks for corrosion. Look carefully at the locking pin hole.
If there is damage to a seat track, contact customer support and services for for permitted damage.
