Line maintenance servicing includes replacing fluids, lubricating components, and inspecting the helicopter and its components to maintain their serviceability.
Scheduled Maintenance Checks
The following is a list of the manufacturer recommended scheduled maintenance checks and inspections that may be carried out in the line maintenance environment.
Refer to Dimensions and Areas for the identification and complete description of the zones.
25 flight hours inspection
50 Flight Hours Inspection
50 Flight Hours / 1 Year Inspection
Complete the following tasks each 50 hours of operation time or 1 year, whichever occurs first.
DET
Only applicable to P/N SLS- 030-910-109.
Do a detailed inspection of the restraint assembly.
100 Flight Hours Inspection
DET
Do a detailed inspection of the bellcrank assembly spherical bearings.
100 Flight Hours / 6 Months Inspection
Complete the following task each 100 hours of operation time or 6 months, whichever occurs first.
100 Flight Hours / 1 Year Inspection
Complete the following task each 100 hours of operation time or 1 year, whichever occurs first.
The following tasks are only applicable if the hydraulic pump P/N M206-20H030-043 is installed for the first time or replaced.

Drain and discard the hydraulic fluid and the hydraulic pressure filter element.
100 Flight Hours / 18 Months Inspection
DET
Do a detailed inspection of the left and right Liquid Inertia Vibration Eliminator (LIVE) mount unit.
150 Flight Hours Inspection
200 Flight Hours Inspection
300 Flight Hours Inspection
300 Flight Hours / 1 Year Inspection
400 Flight Hours Inspection
FNC
Do a fuel flow check of the left and right injector half-manifolds.
400 Flight Hours / 1 Year Inspection
500 Flight Hours Inspection
RST
Restore the starter generator by replacing the brushes.
DET
Do a detailed inspection of the restraint assembly of the crew seats.
GVI
Do a general visual inspection of the crew seat cushions.
